We believe every night can be a special occasion. Whether you are joining us for a girls night, looking for a romantic spot to impress your date, catching up with friends and family, or dining alone - we can’t wait to host you! Reservations are available for both our regular a la carte menu, and our 7-course chef’s tasting menu. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Our full dinner menu is available in our dining room, covered courtyard, and open patio Monday-Thursday from 5:00-9:00 pm, and Friday-Saturday 5:00-10:00 pm. Our curated multi-course tasting menu is available during any dinner service, simply select tasting menu when booking your reservation.
Aperitivo (our happy hour) is offered Monday-Thursday from 4:30-6:30 pm.
Join us for lunch Monday-Friday 11:00-2:30 pm.
Our menu is thoughtfully curated to create a unique experience. Our culinary team are able to accommodate some dietary, vegan, gluten, or other allergy restrictions if they are given advanced notice, though we regret that there may be restrictions we are unable to accommodate. Please reach out with specific questions, and utilize the Tock reservation system to notify us of allergies and restrictions when you book.
We’re a small space, but we can seat larger parties. If you have a party larger than 6, please call or email us so we can help set up your reservation.

We offer several ways to experience Brine, and hope you have the opportunity to join us for a meal or two!
Our Oyster Academy is offered Wednesdays at 6:30. You will get 6 perfectly shucked oysters showcasing different regions and merroir, along with the chef’s selected accoutrements, 3 tastes of wine or bubbles, and a notebook for your own oyster tasting notes. We recommend reservations- select Oyster Academy when booking.
Ticketed collaborative dinners. Throughout the year we host dinners to highlight our community and collaborative nature. Whether we’re pairing up with a local sommelier, or another highly esteemed chef in town, these are meals you’re sure to remember. Follow us on social media for announcements of upcoming collabs!
Monday nights are our spin on an industry night. Luckily, you don’t have to work in the industry to benefit! We call them Yes Chef Mondays, attributed to a trend we noticed quickly after we opened- Brine is where the other chefs in town choose to dine on their days off! Everyone benefits with half off select bottles of wine. Cheers!
$2 Tuesdays are one of our most popular nights. All of our premium oysters are $2 each during aperitivo hour (4:30-6:30) and dinner service (5-10) on Tuesdays. It’s become the place to be in San Marco on Tuesdays and the vibes are always high.
